Is there any country, Muslim or non - Muslim, in the world that is following the true Islamic model ?

The model society for Muslims is the city state established by the Prophet Muhammad in Medina, however, this ideal has not been matched since. With the destruction of the Islamic caliphate the unified Islamic entity was broken up into several individual nation states, whose borders where often arbitrarily drawn by their colonial masters and who differ in the degree to which they implement the Islamic model.
